To ensure Roccy FM 93.9 complies with the Broadcasting Standards Act 2000 we are obliged to disclose any commercial agreements Roccy FM presenters may have.

 

Staff employed by Roccy FM93.9 have no Commercial Agreements in place.

 

Some programs on Roccy FM 93.9 are relayed from Super Radio Network. A register of any agreements these presenters may have can be viewed by visiting the Super Radio Network website.

Radio Roccy FM complies with the Australian Communications and Media Authority Broadcasting Service Act (material of local significance - notice).
